Free Wellness Week in Encinitas, January 22-28th (I'll Be There!)


Sunday, January 22

1-4pm OPENING DAY EXPO at the Encinitas Library: Come experience and learn many ways to improve your well-being. Sample acupuncture, chiropractic care and Reiki, with mini-treatments offered at regular intervals. Get free health screenings and exams. See Pilates, yoga and cooking demonstrations. Take your kids to ongoing children’s wellness activities. And much more!

6:30-7:30pm Join co-author Lisa Monaco-Gonzalez at Detour Salon as she
shares her inspirational story of overcoming childhood sexual abuse. Check

10am-2pm CLOSING DAY FESTIVAL at Moonlight Beach Visit the expo in the main parking
lot, featuring dozens of exhibitors, food, music and performances. Head down to the beach 
to enjoy a beach workout, an obstacle course,a fitness challenge, a volleyball clinic and Qi
Gong classes. Take the Wellness Walk around downtown Encinitas for free classes,
demonstrations, treatments and other special offers.
