"To restore focus and willpower, you need to
give your brain regular recovery time by immersing yourself in natural
environments. Nature is restorative in its ability to catch your
attention in a passive manner, stopping you from draining your brain,
and allowing the energy supply to recover. It’s like recharging your
battery."

We need consecutive rest and relaxation - a change of venue and perspective.
Leaving accumulated PTO, unused, is a sign of imbalance and poor priorities.

What Is Infidelity?
What constitutes infidelity?
“Infidelity occurs when one partner in a relationship
continues to believe that the agreement to be faithful is still in force, while
the other is secretly violating it.”(Lusterman 1998)
An affair is a secret: emotionally, and or/sexually charged
relationship a person has outside of a committed relationship, whether in
person, by telephone or in cyberspace (Shelton, 2003).
Obsessive review occurs when a hurt partner repetitively
mentally examines or analyzes aspects of the affair or of the relationship
before, during, or after discovery (R. Weiss, 1975). This is seen as an attempt
to achieve some mastery in the face of shock and helplessness, and to create a
mental narration of events so they become part of an individual’s personal
history.
If a secret affair is going on or continues after discovery,
therapy cannot help the couple until it is revealed. When an affair is known
but persisting, therapy that builds on a couple’s strengths may help the
unfaithful partner feel some hope and therefore be willing to try a period of
abstinence from the lover (Moultrup, 1990).

New Free Vaccines in India - Yippee!
India will provide four new vaccines free of cost as part of a programme to reduce child mortality, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said.
They include one for rotavirus, which kills thousands of children a year.
The disease causes dehydration and severe diarrhea.
It
spreads via contaminated hands and surfaces, and is common in Asia and
Africa.
The move brings to 13 the number of free vaccines provided against life threatening diseases.
"The introduction of four new life-saving vaccines will play a
key role in reducing childhood and infant mortality and morbidity in
the country," Mr Modi said in a statement.
"Many of these vaccines are already available through private
practitioners to those who can afford them. The government will now
ensure that the benefits of vaccination reach all sections of society,
regardless of social and economic status."
The four new vaccines will combat rotavirus, rubella, polio and Japanese encephalitis.
Diarrhea caused by rotavirus kills nearly 80,000 children
each year and results in up to a million hospital admissions in India,
the statement said.

Credit Scores, Free Credit Report and FICO
Buying the credit scores lenders use -
Liz Weston, Los Angeles Times
Dear Liz: I got my credit reports from http://www.annualcreditreport.com as you recommended in a recent column, but had to go through some hoops to get my actual credit score, which is the main thing I wanted. One of the bureaus required me to subscribe to its newsletter, which cost $29.95 a month after a seven-day free trial. I guess they hope people won't cancel within seven days, but I did, without any trouble.
Answer: Confusion about the difference between credit reports and credit scores often leads people to sign up for unnecessary, costly products. (You were signing up for credit monitoring, by the way, not a newsletter.) You can get free credit scores from a variety of sites, including Credit.com, Credit Karma and Quizzle, without having to buy a product. The scores you get from these sites aren't the scores that lenders typically use, but neither is the score the credit bureau provided you. If you want to see scores lenders usually use, you'll need to buy those for $20 apiece from MyFico.com.
Questions may be sent to Liz Weston, 3940 Laurel Canyon, No. 238, Studio City, CA 91604, or by using the "Contact" form at asklizweston.com. Distributed by No More Red Inc.

Q&A Fairly Explaining The Pending Border Crisis: Women and Children
Why are they coming to the U.S.?
Although there has always been crushing poverty in Central America, violence in the region has escalated in recent years. For example, Honduras has the most murders per capita of any country. Drug cartels and gangs are at the root of the increased violence. Some of these children are fleeing gang initiations, according to several reports.
But not all the children fleeing the region are arriving in the U.S. They are also looking for refuge in Mexico and other nations, such as Panama, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Belize, according to the United Nations Refugee Agency.
Meanwhile, false rumors are circulating throughout Central America that the U.S. is giving families and children traveling solo permisos, that is, documents to permanently reside in the U.S.
Why can’t these children be deported right away?
Under U.S. immigration law, Mexican or Canadian children who enter illegally and alone can be returned immediately. However, children from elsewhere cannot be removed immediately and must first be taken into U.S. custody.
